Shipping Rates & Services

  • Flat-Rate Shipping

    • International shipping is offered at a flat rate, which is calculated at checkout based on your country.

    • This flat rate includes:

      • Tracking of your parcel

      • Insurance to protect your order

      • Signature on delivery for added security

    Order Processing Time

    • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days after payment is received.

    • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.

    Estimated Delivery Times

    • Delivery times vary depending on your country: typically 10–25 business days.

    • Please note that customs processing may sometimes add extra time.

    Customs, Duties & Taxes

    • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    • These fees are not included in our flat-rate shipping cost.

    • We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

    Packaging & Safety

    • Each piece is carefully hand-packed to ensure it arrives safely.

    • In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

    Returns & Exchanges

    • Due to the fragile nature of our products and the high cost of international shipping, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

    • Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded — we’ll make it right.

  • Delivery Address:

    • Please provide a physical street address. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

  • Re-delivery Fees:

    • Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. If re-delivery is required, additional charges may apply and will be passed on to you.
